Our Story

Compute Gardener was born from a simple observation: most computing workloads don't need to run at specific times, yet they often run when electricity is most expensive and carbon-intensive.

We started by building an open-source scheduler that could optimize workloads based on carbon intensity data. As we saw the impact this had on both emissions and costs, we expanded our vision to include enterprise solutions and carbon credits, making sustainable computing accessible to organizations of all sizes.

Today, we're working with organizations worldwide to optimize their computing infrastructure for both environmental impact and cost efficiency, while developing innovative ways to reward sustainable computing practices through our carbon credits program.
